Postage
United Kingdom mainland only and excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the offshore Islands.
UK Orders - £4.95 Royal Mail Standard Delivery 3-5 business days.
1kg-5kg additional charges will be applied at checkout.
Where orders are placed before 15:00 PM on a working day we will endeavour to post on the next working day.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery so we can trace them and insure them appropriately.
In Stock Items
Where an item is noted as IN STOCK this relates to products held within our retail outlet/Supplier Warehouse. Where an item is out of stock at our retail outlet but instock at our supplier delivery times may vary. Products will be despatched as soon as possible.If you are unsure or would require your items as soon as possible please contact us via email at info@everythingdance.co.uk
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be sent within 14 days to:-

For either an exchange or a refund.
All orders are checked however if there are packing errors inform us within 48 hours from receipt of goods.
Printed Garments:-
All printed items are excluded from next day delivery and refunds/returns cannot be given on printed items unless the product is faulty.
All returns must be:-
Sent postage paid, recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for mislaid, lost returned parcels.
Must be sent in new resealable condition in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Must be unused.
This does not affect you statutory rights. Please enclose your return form along with any instructions.
Under the UK trading standards you are entitled to change your mind and standard postage will be refunded if you cancel your contract with Everything Dance within 7 days from receipt of goods (UK delivery addresses only). Cancelation of contract does not apply to partial orders being returned and must be notified in writing or by email to orders@everythingdance.co.uk. Only standard delivery is refundable.
Please note postage is charged for straight exchanges going to a UK address (same style/quantity but in different colour size). Exchanges with additional items/orders will be charged at the standard postage rate.
All tights, books, DVD's & CD's and special order items are a final sale.
Printed items may fade with repeated washing and we recommend washing these items by hand only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of price changes with our suppliers we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.
Back Orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed by yourself.
Where items are ordered for gifts/Christmas or shows we recommend to order at least 4 weeks before so not to disappoint.
